Messages

Joomflows allows you to create as many messages as you want based on an action. Each message sent by email is configurable. Choose the languages, the recipients, the attached files ...

Nr.	Description
1	"Status", choose the desired status (Published, Unpublished)
2	"Name", the name of the message must be sufficiently explicit
3	"Plugin" is the plugin used for the message
4	"Associations", allows you to choose or create messages in other languages
5	"Language", the language used for the message
6	"Email to owner", sends the message to the creator of the message (yes / No)
7	"Email to trigger source", the sender is the origin of the workflow process
8	"Attachments", allows to attach dynamic files (customizable PDFs) or / and static files to the email.

Configuring the "Pushing notification" message

Nr.	Description
	This overview is divided into 3 areas (A, B, C) to improve readability for subsequent views.

Zone A

Nr.	Description
1	"Plugin", choose the plugin corresponding to this message (* required field)
2	"Language", choose the language used for message
3	"Email to owner", choose if the message is sent to the creator of the message (Yes / No)
4	"Email to trigger source", choose if the message is sent to the original email (Yes / No)
5	"CC", indicate the group to be copied (Yes / No)
6	"ICC", indicate the group to be hidden copy (Yes / No)
7	"Version Note", fill in the version of your message

Zone B

Nr.	Description
8	"Common Vars", double click on Common Vars to get the list of variables "Varname" "Description", presentation of the list of available variables. Copy the name of the variable and paste it into the message.

9	"Article", double click on Article to get the list of variables

Article - images

Nr.	Description
10	"Article - Images", double click on Article - Images to get the list of corresponding variables

Article - links

11	"Article - Links", double click on Article - Links for a list of variables

Article - fields

12	"Article - Fields", double click on Articles - Fields to get the list of variables

Zone C

Nr.	Description
13	Subject, the subject of the message is customizable with the variables on the right side of the screen. (Copy / Paste the names of the variables __site_name__)
14	"__Admin_name__ just validated and published your article" __title__ ", on __site_name__.", To add a variable in the message, just copy / paste the one that suits you in the right column (Common Vars or Article) in the message.
15	“You can review it following this link: __link__”, for links do the same by retrieving the variable in Article - Links.
16	"Signature", choose if you want it to appear in your message (Yes / No)
17	"Attachments", choose if you want to attach files to the message (Yes / No)
18	"Static elements", fill in the path and name of the file to attach
19	"Dynamic document", select the available PDFs

Associations Tab Message

Nr.	Description
1	"German (DE)", select an already existing German message or create it directly
2	"French (FR)", select an already existing French message or create it directly

Permissions Tab Message

Nr.	Description
1	"Create", manage the permissions for the creation
2	"Delete", manage the permissions for deletion
3	"Exit", manage permissions for editing
