Documents

Joomflows allows you to attach custom PDFs to your messages. Let your imagination be free. The only limit is you!

Nr.	Description
1	"Status", choose the desired status (Published, Unpublished)
2	"Name", the name of the message must be sufficiently explicit
3	"Plugin" is the plugin used for the document
4	"Associations", allows you to choose or create documents in other languages
5	"Language", the language used for the document
6	"Save File", choose if you want to save the generated document. Enter the directory path.

Configuring a document: "Ready for press"

	This overview is divided into 3 areas (A, B, C) to improve readability for subsequent views.

Zone A field configuration

Nr.	Description
1	"Plugin", choose the plugin corresponding to this document (* required field)
2	"Language", choose the language used for document
3	"State", choose whether the document is published or not published
4	"Mode", choose Standard or Expert mode (to use for some features like barcodes)
5	"Save file", if you want to save the generated PDFs, click Yes and set the storage directory
6	"File name", ready-for-press -__ id __. Pdf, allows you to customize the generated file by adding the variables of your choice. (here the article ID)
7	"File path" is the storage directory of generated and saved PDFs
8	"Format", indicate the format of the document A3, A4, etc ...
9	"Orientation", portrait or landscape according to your needs
10	"Language code", fill in the language of the document
11	"Default font", choose the font used in the document
12	"Test on id", define the id of the article which will make it possible to visualize the tests PDF

Zone B Body of the message

13	In the body of the message, add the HTML code of your document and the variables available on the right in the columns "Common Vars", "Article" (15 and 16)
14	"Version Note", fill in the version of the document if you want to do the versioning

Standard Mode Document

In standard mode, the document appears with wizards and separated into several areas "header, page, footer, css".

1	"Mode", standard displays wizards to create your html document

Zone B Standard Mode

Nr.	Description
2	"Page", corresponds to the central area of the document (see Margins explanation). To delete the editor click on the button "Toogle editor"
3	"Page header", corresponds to the area at the top of the page (see Margins explanation). To delete the editor click on the button "Toogle editor"
4	"Page footer", corresponds to the area at the bottom of the page (see Margins explanation). To delete the editor click on the button "Toogle editor"
5	"CSS" put in this zone the css of the document

Zone C Margins in Standard Mode

6	"Margin explanation", presentation scheme of the different areas of the document
7	Set the 4 margins of the document (up, down, left, right) in (mm, px, pt,%)
8	"Background image", set the background image of the document (color, position, width) in (mm, px, pt,%)
9	"Other parameters", set the Light footer fields (page number, date, time), and hide the header or footer on some pages

1	"Download PDF", at any time, you can test your PDF with real values entered in an article (click on the button and check the rendering of the document)

3	"Exit", manage permissions for editing
