Zone A

Nr.	Description
1	"State Name *", name of the state appearing in the button (required)
2	"Action Name *", name of the action (required)
3	"Action / State description", detailed description of the action and the state
4	"Type", corresponding workflow type
5	"Default State", set if this status is the default Yes / No
6	"Save State", define if this state should be saved Yes / No
7	"Workflow State", define whether this workflow state is published, unpublished, archived, or trashed (Joomla release reports)
8	"Version Note", add an example version 1.1.0.2

Zone B

Nr.	Description
9	"Send messages", choose in the list the message sent on the activation of this state
	Post-tasks: Create changes after state activation
10	"Change publishing state", changes the publication status (published, unpublished, archived or trashed)
11	"Change access level", changes the level of access (Public, Guest, Registered, special, super user)
12	"Change owner / creator", change the name of the creator of the article
13	"Change category", change the category of the article
14	"Change featured status", included or excluded from users Yes / No
15	"Create your actions menu", add here the possible states for this button (Reject Translation, Require verification ...) List of reports of the same type
16	"Preview Menu", displays the button with the name of the state as it will appear in the article.

1	Choose the color of the workflow status (button) in the list (gray, green, red, orange, blue, black)
2	Choose the color of the text and the icon (auto, green, red, orange, blue, black)
3	Set the status icon by leaving the icon- prefix
4	Click on the link to see the Joomla icon library.

1	Manage the trigger permissions of the action (inherited, allowed, denied)
