Multi-workflows

Set unlimited number of workflows per object. In most cases a unique workflow is not enough. Even Joomla articles uses two distinct workflows for publishing and featuring.

Adaptable to any extension

Basically any view of any component can use Joomflows if a specific plug-in has been developed. We started with articles and users but many integrations are in progress.

Clear process view

Print your detailed process to have a clear overview of each workflow you designed. You can even add your company logo and a custom text on top of the document

Keep track on your actions

With a powerful log system you can always know what workflow or action has been triggered, by who and when. These logs allow you to mesure the efficiency of your process.

Default state mapping

Thanks to the context plugins, you can map your states with Joomla! standard workflow states. This is very useful to connect Joomflows instantly to an existing project.

Powerful interactions

The post-tasks allows you to perform some useful actions on the object (article, user, product, ...). As these actions are depending on the context they are defined in the plugin.

Flexible button design

You can choose background color, text color and icon to personalise your states. At first glance, you know what you have to do.

Create dynamic emails

Joomflows integrates an easy to use tag system to personalise your emails with the object and user properties. You can also add static or dynamic attachements and choose groups that will receive carbon copies.

Build stunning Pdf

You can create dynamic pdf documents using the same tags as for the emails. Thus you can use your website assets to generate dynamic documents such as tickets, product leaflets, contracts and much more...
